Multi Repair Discount
If your device has more than 1 problem requiring repair, we offer discounts on any additional repairs if they are completed all at the same time. The multi repair discount applies for as many additional repairs you require as long as all repairs are completed at the same time and all are on the same device. The most expensive repair is charged first and then subsequent repairs are discounted. The amount of discount being applied depends on the model being repaired and the repairs being completed.
For example: If your iPhone requires a replacement screen and a battery, we would charge full price for the screen and then we would offer the battery at upto 50% off its standalone price.
All repairs whether discounted or not benefit from our full 60 day comprehensive warranty, and are also inclusive of VAT, labour and materials.

We are able to offer invoice credit facilities on variable payment terms, as well as reduced repair prices and a fast track service, and for your piece of mind you will have your own assigned account manager. We have a network of suppliers around the UK who we work with on a daily basis to ensure that the parts we buy for our customers are the best available in the market.

Mobitech understand the importance of mobile devices in todays world. Some people run their businesses from their mobile phone and tablets, so our aim is to repair all devices the same day and in most cases in as little as 20 minutes.
We keep all common iPhone and iPad parts in stock, to allow us to keep downtime to an absolute minimum. In certain circumstances we may need to order parts in, but due to our varied network of UK suppliers, most parts we can receive next working day before 12pm.
You can book your repair online, or you can just pop in to any of our stores and we will get your repair commenced straight away.
We offer 60 days warranty on all our repairs and this covers all manufacturing faults as standard for any part we have fitted. Just pop into store within 48 hours of noticing any issues with your receipt and we will rectify the issue as long as its not an issue caused by the end-user.
Please note that your receipt issued at the time of payment is your guarantee and must be kept and presented at the time of notifying us regarding a warranty claim. We are unable to accept bank statements etc as proof of repair as it will not show the details of the repair we completed.
No Fix, No Fee
We don’t charge diagnosis fees and if we can’t fix your device we don’t charge for our labour time. We are one of the only companies that offer this service, so you can be assured that bringing your device won’t cost you a penny if we can’t repair your device fully. All chargeable work will be discussed with you fully before we fit any parts or complete any work.
So if you have a device that won’t turn on or won’t behave itself, it worth bringing it in, as you won’t be charged anything unless its fixable.
